Privacy Notice
This notice explains the website analytics Fenghong uses to improve content, services, and inquiry paths, together with our data-minimization safeguards.
Purpose of analytics
We use a self-hosted Umami service to understand page visits, referral channels, device categories, approximate regions, and key actions such as contact, document download, outbound-link, and product-inquiry activity.
Cookie-free anonymous analytics
The analytics service does not set analytics cookies, store a custom persistent UUID in the browser, or call an identification API to build a cross-period visitor profile.
Data collected
Page addresses retain only the path and five source parameters: utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, and utm_term. Search terms, other query parameters, and fragments are not reported. Events contain only restricted business categories, page paths, language, outbound hostnames, or product identifiers.
IP address processing
Umami may process an IP address when generating an anonymous session and approximate geographic information, but we do not store the raw IP address as an analytics field.
Contact forms
Analytics events do not include names, companies, email addresses, telephone numbers, messages, résumés, or any other contact-form content. Form handling is separate from anonymous website analytics.
Retention
Raw visit, anonymous session, and event data is retained for 24 months and then removed under the established retention process.
Use limitations
The data is not used for cross-site advertising profiles, session recording, heatmaps, or exhaustive click tracking, and is not used to create a custom persistent visitor identity.
